White Bear needed measurability and a closed loop from online → offline. Standard campaigns did not show real impact on foot traffic.

A chain of 24 cafés
Success on the pilot location was meant to open the door to rollout at more locations across the chain.
No data on returning customers
There was no way to measure how many customers returned after their first visit driven by ads.
Landing page, QR codes and campaigns
From a dedicated page to a custom tracking system and Meta ads.
A separate page for the pilot location with personalized QR code downloads — a bridge between the campaign and a visit to the café.
Custom QR code system – we know exactly who saw the ad, grabbed a code, and walked into the café. A successful test paves the way for rollout across all 24 cafés in the chain.
